The Innovation Hills Vision
Innovation Hills is a visionary project dedicated to creating the ideal environment and a new social model where children can freely pursue and realize their dreams. Our core belief is that building a truly future-ready society requires two essential elements:

a community of role models—leaders and innovators from the front lines of their fields—who actively engage and inspire the next generation.
The first phase of this vision is currently being brought to life on a 60,000-square-meter site in the highlands of Okayama. This is more than just a physical space—it's the beginning of a living, breathing ecosystem that models the kind of world we want to see.
In 2025, the project officially entered full motion, launching a wide range of initiatives across education, technology, sustainability, and the arts. Innovation Hills is no longer just a vision—it’s a growing reality built by a community of changemakers.
Recent developments include:
Builders Guild – A new workstyle and co-creation system built around thematic “guilds,” such as the Glowing Business Card Project, a Tennis Club Creation Guild, an Animal Care Guild, and a Guild Campground. This decentralized, DAO-inspired model rewards real contribution and fosters organic collaboration.
My Academy – Our flagship educational initiative, including the world’s first international magic school. Rooted in imagination and reverse-designed from “the magic you want to create,” My Academy blends creativity, scientific thinking, and self-directed learning to help students shape their own futures.
Sustainable Energy Partnership with Toyo Seikan – A collaboration to implement next-generation solar energy solutions, including ultra-thin, flexible solar panels. This partnership advances our goal of energy independence while bringing cutting-edge green technology into our ecosystem.

The 60,000㎡ LAND
The Innovation Hills Campus
Innovation Hills is set on an expansive property of over 60,000 square meters, nestled in the beautiful highlands of Okayama. At its heart stands our main building, home to the Open Innovation Center, future school facilities, and creative workspaces. The grounds also feature a full-size tennis court and a spacious parking lot with capacity for nearly 100 vehicles.
The land itself holds stories of the past and dreams of the future. Archaeological remains believed to date back to the Muromachi period have been discovered on-site, adding historical depth to the environment. We also share the space with a herd of goats, lovingly raised as part of our living ecosystem.
Surrounded by boundless natural beauty, the campus sits next to a massive 1.2 million square meter Youth Nature Center, complete with a large lake and forest trails—making it a true haven for learning, exploration, and connection.

While searching for the perfect home base for Innovation Hills, we discovered a place that checked every box—Kibi Highlands City, located in Kibichuo Town at the very heart of Okayama Prefecture.
This is no ordinary land. Considered one of the most geologically stable regions in all of Japan, Kibi Highlands was once the site of an ambitious, legendary urban development project. Though the plan was halted with the collapse of Japan’s economic bubble, the land remained—quietly waiting for the next generation of visionaries to breathe new life into it.
Far from being a forgotten relic, it is a sleeping frontier full of untapped potential—an ideal canvas for building a future-oriented society. We believe this land was simply waiting for the right time, and the right people, to fulfill its original promise.

Since its founding, Innovation Hills has evolved through the contributions of many individuals from both Japan and abroad. Our team has grown and transformed organically, adapting to each phase of the journey with the right people at the right time.
Now, we're entering a new chapter—one where we intentionally design and cultivate a next-generation team model. The goal is to build an adaptive, mission-driven, and deeply human collective that reflects the future we want to create.
